What each tier adds.

Every chapter in all four manuals, listed by name, with a mark against each tier that contains it. This table is generated from the files themselves, not written by hand — which means it cannot flatter the expensive one or quietly forget something the cheap one is missing.

Read the columns left to right and you can see the cumulative rule working: nothing disappears as you move up. What changes is how many bold marks appear — the chapters that are new at that depth. If a row matters to you and the mark is missing in a column, that is the honest reason to look one tier higher, and the only one worth acting on.

A grey check means the chapter is inherited from the tier below. A bold check means it is new in that tier.
