AI OFM PLAYBOOK (aiofmplaybook.online) is operated from Poland. Sole operator, not a registered company. Email is the only contact channel and it reaches the operator directly: contact@aiofmplaybook.online — support, delivery problems, refunds, complaints, data requests and legal notices all go to that address.

These terms govern your purchase and use of anything sold on aiofmplaybook.online. Buying means you accept them. The version published at the time of your order is the one that governs that order.

What you are buying

A digital publication, delivered as a file, plus in some products a set of prompt and template files. There is no physical product, no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Higher tiers are separate one-time purchases that contain everything in the lower tiers plus additional material; buying one never obliges you to buy another.

Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the material yourself. You may print a copy for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a file-sharing or AI-training service, or share the files or their contents with anyone else, and you may not remove or alter any notice in them. Copyright and all other rights stay with the seller. Output you produce using the prompts and procedures is yours; the material itself is not.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate: a download link on the order confirmation page and by email after payment clears. No account is needed. If it does not arrive, see the refund policy — a delivery failure is fixed by resending, at any time.

Updates

Where a revised edition of a publication you bought is issued, you receive it at the address used for delivery, at no extra cost. No update schedule is promised and no part of the price is attributable to future updates.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Where consumption tax (VAT or similar) applies to a digital sale in your country, it is shown and charged at checkout. Prices can change at any time; the price you paid is the price of your order.

Age

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to buy. This material concerns adult-content businesses.

No guarantee of results

In short — nothing sold here is a promise or guarantee of income, most people who attempt this business earn nothing, every figure quoted is a third-party historical account rather than a projection, and results vary between people who follow the same material to the letter.

Your responsibility

You decide what to do with the material. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you and with the terms of any platform you use, for the content you produce, and for the consequences of both — including account suspension, termination and forfeited balances, which this material tells you to expect.

Liability

The material is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost accounts, lost audiences, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law — and nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

Polish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
