Delivery policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Everything sold here is digital. Nothing is shipped, there are no shipping costs, no customs, no tracking number and no delivery address to get wrong.

After payment clears you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email, immediately and without creating an account. Files are PDFs; the Operator Toolkit also ships as a ZIP.

If the link does not arrive, check spam first, then email contact@aiofmplaybook.online with the address you used at checkout and the file gets resent — at any time, including long after the refund window has closed. A file that never arrived is a delivery failure, not a refund question.
